The year was 1943, and Jim and Alice Wimmer decided to take a big risk, buying a small existing roadside restaurant known for its char-broiled steaks. While Mary & Bob are taking a brief hiatus, we're excited to welcome a few talented guest performers to The Del-Bar Lounge over the next several weeks.

This Monday, we're thrilled to welcome back Felix B. Sainz!

Felix brings The International Songbook to life with masterful classical guitar and smooth multilingual vocals, blending the sounds of samba, jazz, and beloved standards from around the world.

Join us in the lounge this Monday from 4-7pm for an elegant night of music, cocktails, and classic Del-Bar hospitality.

Something new is taking shape at The Del-Bar! ✨

What began as a small restaurant in 1943 has continued to grow through generations of the Wimmer family. In the early 1950s, our grandparents began expanding and renovating The Del-Bar from a small roadside cabin. Over the years, additions by the following generations created the unique dining rooms so many of our guests still request by name today.

Now, another chapter begins.

We’re excited to announce a brand-new addition to The Del-Bar - a cozy supper club-inspired space featuring a fireplace, vintage Del-Bar nostalgia, and room for gathering together.

This private dining room will accommodate approximately 55 guests and can be completely closed off, making it perfect for celebrations, rehearsal dinners, family gatherings, and special events.

Construction is officially underway, and we hope to welcome you into the space by early September.
