Over the past few days, our transition to a new television system has affected the viewing experience we strive to provide our guests. We sincerely regret that we were unable to deliver the opening-night and Thursday-night NFL experience you expected—and that we wanted for you.

Last season, many of our customers were understandably frustrated when games airing exclusively on Prime Video and Netflix were unavailable through our previous carrier. After 11 years with that system, we made the decision to invest in a completely new setup that will allow us to offer NFL Sunday Ticket and access to games carried on streaming platforms.

This transition was made with one goal in mind: to provide our customers and fellow sports fans with a truly stellar game-day experience. While the rollout had a few early challenges, we are committed to delivering that experience going forward.

On September 11, 2001, our nation experienced a tragedy that changed us forever. We honor the innocent lives lost, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

25 years later, we still remember the courage, sacrifice, and unity shown by Americans in the face of unimaginable loss.
