This week’s featured burger is the Southern Classic Burger. Our burger topped with smoked Gouda cheese, a collard green slaw, garlic pickles and spicy honey mustard on a toasted brioche bun. Served with a Cobb side salad with a roasted shallot vinaigrette. Paired with Drink Full and Descend, a collaboration from DSsolver and Eurisko Beer Company.

This week’s featured burger is the Jalapeño Popper Burger. Our burger topped with a jalapeno, cheddar and bacon cream cheese, crispy red onion straws, spicy ranch and chives on Texas toast. Served with a side of beer battered cajun fries and tangy ketchup.

This week’s featured burger is not a burger, it’s the Caribbean Po’ Boy. Deep fried, tropical seasoned shrimp topped with Monterey jack cheese, tomato, pickles and a mango-lime remoulade on a toasted French baguette. Served with a side of jalapeno hush puppies and Caribbean jerk ketchup.
