It’s a gorgeous day for patio drinks and fancied up bar snacks. Open 1-6 featuring Paint the Barn Red Sangria featuring our Strawberry Vodka (now available in 802Spirits stores across the state) or try the Sweet Transvestite (our tribute to Tim Curry) featuring Cacao Vodka, Vermaro and cold brew.

Dip Trip with house Focaccia is on point folks.

New drinks for the long weekend coming at you. First up is “Pear-Fectly VT” 1.5 SILO gin
1oz carmelized pear syrup75 lemon juice
2 dashes angostura
shake, strain over big rock.
layer .5 SILO Vermaro
garnish with Pear fan.

Add SILO gin, pear syrup, lemon juice, and angostura bitters into a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into rocks glass with large ice cube or regular ice. Layer in SILO Vermaro by slowly pouring slowly against the side of the glass or with a bar spoon. Garnish with pear fan and enjoy!

Ingredients:
Angostura bitters
SILO gin
SILO Vermaro
Carmelized Pear Syrup (in comment section)
fresh lemon

New Special Event Alert!
Join us 9/10 at the distillery for a combination of cocktail demos and Dahlia bouquet building, featuring Stevie Class from bowl and oat
This event has a limited number of tickets and entry will only be allowed to those who have reserve their tickets ahead of time. Don’t sleep on this one folks!
You ticket will include demos for 3 separate cocktails, a flight of those same cocktails, and a chance to build a beautiful Dahlia bouquet, featuring SILO Kitchen’s grazing table for all guests.

**Additional drinks and an expanded food menu available for purchase night of. Attendees must be 21+. Non-alcoholic options will be available.
