Summer isn’t over but fall is knocking. 🍂 Our Barrel Rested Agave is the perfect bridge between the two. Rested in oak barrels for 8-9 months, it’s rich and smooth with notes of caramelized sugar, vanilla, cooked agave + spiced pear.

The season is changing + this is how we’re sipping through it. 🥃

The specials board is looking really good right now. ⭐️ We’ve got three on deck this month and honestly it’s hard to pick a favorite.

🍉 Tan Lines : gin, watermelon, strawberry, ginger, lime, basil & mint

🖤 Smoke and Mirrors : smoked pepper infused agave spirit, tart cherry, orange & aromatic bitters

🌶️ Spicy Dill Maria : hinkelhatz agave spirit, bloody mary mix, pickle brine & chili lime salt rim

All three are in the tasting room now! The hard part is choosing. 😏
