As seen on CHICAGO's BEST TV! Dine-in, Carryout & Catering We still follow the same recipe our Great Grandmother created almost 9 decades ago.

Bishop's has been a Chicagoland favorite since 1925, when Grandma Bishop opened her doors at 18th and Damen streets on Chicago's west side. The fourth generation, (yes, you heard it right, 4th generation) has since relocated to 250 N Cass Avenue, Westmont, in Chicago's western suburbs. We are proud to carry on the Bishop family name and we hope you will become part of our family's tradition.

With all these Halloween parties coming up, its time to order your Bishop's Famous Chili for those parties now. 2 qt. special or a '5 qt. fix' are the way to go. While we may not be open for the Bears game on Monday, you can pick up your football chili fix on Sunday, we're open 11am to 7pm. See you soon. Cheers.

A CENTURY OF CHILI, FAMILY & TRADITION!

We were featured on NewsNation in celebration of National Chili Week!

Our story began back in 1925, when Mary Bishop refused to compromise on her famous chili recipe. After losing her job at Ole's Chili over a disagreement about changing that recipe, she decided to take matters into her own hands and opened Bishop's Chili on Chicago's West Side.

Little did she know, her determination would create a family legacy that would last for generations!

101 years later, we're still doing what Grandma Bishop started, serving up the chili that has brought families, friends, and communities together for generations.

Being recognized on national television is an incredible honor, but what means the most to us is the loyalty and support of our customers. Some of you have been enjoying Bishop's Chili for decades, and we're grateful to be part of your family's traditions.

From our family to yours, THANK YOU for keeping Grandma Bishop's legacy alive!
