WHAT!?!? HOW is it the end of July!????
What a month!

The Backstory (Petty Drama Disclaimer)
I’m not one to air dirty laundry… but I’m also not a doormat and don’t tolerate bullying of me, my business, or my employees at any age…

The short story: One previous customer has decided to have a personal vendetta against us here at Cookie Krums. We’re not her first business and we won’t be the last! So I’m going to try to counteract those negative waves and send out POSITIVE waves into the small business world instead!!

The long story: My Google review went from a 5.0 to a 4.4 by posting NINE negative reviews (and counting) within the last 24 hours. Some are from her, some are from her friends accounts, some I’m pretty darn sure she made just to give me more negative reviews. Why she’s mad at me? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wouldn’t refund her custom order because she forgot to pick up her order during store hours. I followed up with her to see if I could meet her at the store after hours so she could have them for her event, and she didn’t respond until after the party. She admitted she was embarrassed and then proceeded to tell a variety of lies about what actually happened while claiming to “support small businesses”. She threatened that Karma comes back around… and I’m counting on it. My Google reviews will continue to plummet while I go around and leave positive reviews for other businesses. My goal is to write AT LEAST 3 POSITIVE reviews for each negative review she decided to bestow upon us.

So I need more positive business recommendations, please!! 🥰
