Get ready for a night of big laughs, great bites, and even better company at The Eight10 in Waupaca. Join Laughable Production for a Stand-Up Comedy Night on Saturday, June 13th, featuring a stacked lineup of comedians ready to deliver the funny.

The fun kicks off the moment doors open at 6:30 PM, where you’ll be welcomed with pre-show charcuterie boards crafted by Bliss Charcuterie—because nothing pairs better with comedy than a little class before the chaos.

The show begins at 7:30 PM and is hosted by Ben Giles, who will guide you through an evening of stand-up featuring a killer showcase lineup:

Music in the Biergarten on a warm summer night is hard to beat, but we have found the perfect formula. When you pair the incredible talents of Kevin Troestler with a cold H.H. HINDER brew, you are in for a truly special experience.

We are so excited to welcome Kevin Troestler back to the brewery. If you were here for Derby Day, you already know what a fantastic performer and skilled guitar player he is. He will be on our NEW Biergarten stage this Friday, June 12th from 6 PM to 9 PM, bringing his unique blend of blues, folk, bluegrass, country, and rock.

It is going to be a great night of music, atmosphere, and local craft beer. We can't wait to see you there.

What a fantastic Saturday night! Our second ever Balloon Glow at H.H. HINDER Brewing Co. and The Eight10 was an absolute hit, and we are still buzzing from how incredible the whole evening turned out. The summer weather cooperated perfectly, making for a beautiful twilight backdrop.

An event like this requires a lot of teamwork, and we want to extend a massive thank you to the dedicated people who brought it all together:

To the pilots (Zach, Mike, Brandon, Valerie) and your crews – thank you for bringing such enthusiasm and putting on such a breathtaking display. Getting up close to these remarkable aircraft and feeling the heat of the burners made for an experience our guests won’t soon forget.

Sara & Ian, thank you for setting the perfect vibe with your fantastic performance. We’re looking forward to seeing you back here on July 5th!

A big shout out to Zach and Alyssa from Little Toppings Bakery for the phenomenal cookies. They were both delicious and fun!

Thank you to Amanda, Mike, and Claire from Lux Layers for creating such a fun bunch of activities for the kids. Your participation brought smiles to the faces of plenty of young visitors.

And of course, thank you to the H.H. HINDER crew for pulling it all together - from the behind-the-scenes planning, to the cheerful service behind the bar, and the attention to detail that made it all gel into a perfect night.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone in our community who came out to share the evening with us. Seeing our space packed with delighted faces, families, and friends enjoying the unique spectacle, music, drinks, treats, and great company is exactly why we do this.

What an incredible season finale! Congratulations to all of our June 5th winners, especially the lucky individual who walked away with the grand prize. Jackie was absolutely thrilled to finally give away the BIG prize to cap off an amazing run.

A massive thank you goes out to every single person who came out to play, laugh, and compete with us throughout the entire season. You all make GRABO the absolute best night of the week.

While GRABO is officially taking a summer hiatus until it returns in October, the party is nowhere near over. We have an action-packed lineup of summer fun ready for you all season long. Make sure to keep hanging out around the taproom and the Biergarten for live music, food trucks, karaoke nights, and plenty of great HINDER beer.
