Talking to someone yesterday, she mentioned that she and her girlfriends are always looking for places to where they can go out and stay on their low carb diet. I also try to eat low carb, so here are some of my low carb choices when eating down in the Granite Cellar:

Grilled Shrimp Cocktail - Skip the cocktail sauce to make an even lower carb option.

Carb Cakes - Each crab cake is 15g of carb, the salad is about 3g of carbs, and the sauce has 0g of carbs, making this total dish an estimated 33g of carbs.

Cellar Salad - Ask for no croutons and add bacon, chicken, or shrimp to up your protein. Choose a low carb dressing, such as ranch.

Gyro Salad - Skip the pita to save about 30g and enjoy the seasoned gyro meat, onion, tomato, house-made tzatziki, and feta over spring mix.

Burger of the Month - Ask for no bun and opt for a side salad with low carb dressing or grilled vegetable medley.

Friday Night Flounder, Shrimp, or Scallops - Our flounder is breaded in panko. Ask for no rye bread and choose the vegetables instead of the potatoes.

Saturday Strip Steak - Opt out of the roll and potatoes and choose the side salad with low carb dressing.

Sunday Brunch BYO Omelette - Choose bacon or the chicken sausage links as your side.
