Level 2 Wagyu Sommelier Chef Ryan Moore will offer a special featured wagyu dish every evening, culminating in an exclusive 20-person 5-course Nakamura Farms Wagyu dinner on Sunday, June 21st. 🥩
During the dinner on June 21, Chef Ryan will relay his journey to the farm itself, his experience with wagyu, and will gift pours of special Japanese sake. 🐮🍶
