🥃 Russell’s Reserve 13 Year Bourbon – the newest batch, bottled at a robust 121.2 proof, and one of the most sought-after annual releases in bourbon.

🥃 Wild Turkey Austin Nichols Archives: Gold Foil Edition – a 16-year-old, 120-proof tribute to the legendary “Cheesy Gold Foil” bottles that have achieved near-mythical status among Wild Turkey collectors. This inaugural release was crafted by Bruce Russell from 16-year-old Camp Nelson barrels and released in extremely limited quantities. Reports indicate the release came from roughly 500 barrels nationwide, making it one of the most talked-about whiskey releases of the year.

These aren’t bottles you’ll find sitting on shelves for long. They’re the kind of pours bourbon lovers travel for, hunt for, and talk about for years.

That was an amazing tasting night to say the least! We had the James B. Beam distilling company in house, and their ambassador, Kay, was a rockstar. We got history on the company, knowledge about each spirit, and we tasted samples of Booker’s, Little Book, Baker’s, Basil Hayden 10 year, and a special bottle of Old Grand Dad 16 Year. Tasting nights at Honey Barrel are so much fun.
