Happy Monday… a big week, off to a busy start! And although I’m not loving the cooler temps + grey sky’s, I’m trying to be upbeat - because there’s lots of shop fun in store! Tomorrow, we have guided open play Mahjong, which is sold out - but definitely a great time to pop in + check out the action, for future sessions. We’ll have this option once a month, which will for sure be something to look forward to over the winter. Thursday, is Football Giveback + the much anticipated return of Rachel Neal , along with the exclusive Cats Koozies. And lastly, a special Sunday Funday, 12-6pm, where all new tie-dye options + white crews will be back for sale. (I ordered a ton of larger sizes!!) Unfortunately, this won’t be a hands-on workshop… we just couldn’t pull that together quite yet, but it WILL provide you the first chance to snag a completed one and/or buy for DIY. Cheers!!

As unfathomable as this day was, 25 years ago, the weeks that followed were filled with so much hope, love, solidarity and togetherness. Sometimes I think the hardest days, can often turn out to be the most beautiful ones… in time. The shop was filled with warm light + people, as our bestie old school country band played classics and a surprise visit from my hometown girlfriends, was icing on the cake… such easy, simple happiness. Grateful. ❤️🇺🇸

Starting this short week with ✌️ great updates…
1st, we have a delish new menu item - buffalo blue cheese stuffed olives; and 2nd, we’ll be OPEN FOR IRONMAN! We’ve got a Sunday Funday planned for later this month, but we also have the perfect spot to cheer on the bikers + no event on the books, so we’re gonna open 11am to 3pm! We also kindly ask that our outdoor seating is reserved for our customers, first, while open - thank you! See you soon. 🫒🍷🚴‍♀️👏

An old fav is about to return!! Labor Day Weekend, marks the unofficial end to our favorite season… but we actually have 2+ weeks left, so savor every second! Our last few months have been absolutely bananas - thanks for making SUMMER SO GREAT!! Already working on fun stuff for Fall, but let’s not talk about that until after 9/22. This post is longgggg overdue, but it’s been a busy summer! So as you know, we brought in Mahjong at the beginning of July. Response has been WILD. Katie, owner of the The Guilded Tile Madison, continues to do lessons (most of which are sold out)… buttttt, she also offers guided open play. We’ve had one session at the shop, and two more upcoming. Since I last gave a Mahjong update, Katie has created her easy-to-navigate website + all upcoming events are posted there! Guided open play is wonderful way to meet new people, have a little organization + instruction (if needed) and most importantly, enjoy a fun, couple hours out! Next one at the shop is 9/15, and Sunday Funday Grand Mahj, follows on 10/4.
