She loves the feeling of freedom
that the vineyard gives her,
the red and purple leaves that smell of grapes.
He loves the subtle sound of the wind
singing through the vines,
chasing the spell of the grape
between words and smiles
that slide like wine in a glass.
Bright garnet red to the eye. Intense on the nose where the initial ferrous mineral notes are followed by articulated aromas of spices, red fruits in alcohol, savory oranges and coffee. Fine, elegant and bright in the mouth. It goes perfectly with red and white meats, feathered game in sauce, hard and aged cheeses, fatty fish.
Sandy-loam soil with a good percentage of silt, medium deep and permeable to water.
Harvested strictly by hand. The crushing takes place immediately upon harvesting; This is followed by classic natural red vinification and maceration on the skins for about 30 days.
Aging in barrels followed by aging in the dark in the bottle.
