A Downtown Vero Must!

Kitty Wagner, owner and executive chef, has years of experience in the kitchen from Germany to private clubs throughout Florida. The Blue Star Brasserie (her 4th Vero Beach creation) is a nod to her previous Blue Starfish restaurant; currently housed on 14th avenue in historic downtown Vero across from Pocahontas Park. This fine dining yet approachable venue can host private parties and dinner nightly for groups of all sizes.

Not only is the food unique and matched to the seasonal ingredients available, the portions are satisfying and price points pleasing. Craft brews, cocktails and boutique wines help to round out the dining experience matched by a knowledgeable and friendly waitstaff. Don’t be surprised if Kitty herself comes out to say hi. Reservations recommended especially during season November through April. Enjoy!
