The smoothest scoundrel in the galaxy is officially plotting his landing.

It wouldn’t be fresh hop season without Lando Hoprissian, and honestly, this deal just keeps getting better all the time. We loaded a massive 240 pounds of fresh Centennial hops into this batch. It’s got that signature floral, bright citrus, and crisp pine kick, but drinks deceptively smooth—cape optional, but definitely respected.

¿Cómo se dice… "Come grab some great beer at Brewing Bridges tomorrow"?

¿Cómo Se Dice?, our brand-new Hazy IPA brewed in collaboration with our awesome friends at Xicha Brewing for the 2026 Brewing Bridges Festival.

We got together over the kettle to build something super crushable and layered with flavor, loaded up with:

LLZ Hop Extract for a velvety, hop-saturated backbone

Thora & Eclipse bringing big, bright bursts of sweet mandarin and orchard fruit

Mosaic Cryo rounding things out with a punch of tropical berry goodness

It’s juicy, smooth, and built for slow afternoons catching up with the crew.

The countdown to Brewing Bridges 2026 is officially on, and we are beyond hyped for this lineup!

Join us this Saturday, August 22, at Heathen Estate Winery in Vancouver, WA! For our collab this year, we teamed up with our friends at Xicha Brewing Norte (from Salem!) to brew ¿Cómo Se Dice? Hazy IPA. We loaded this beauty up with Thora, Mosaic, and Eclipse hops, and we can’t wait for you to try it!

Time: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (VIP entry at 2:00 PM)

It’s almost time to take a long rest

Portland Burger Week kicks off this Monday, August 10th, and we’re officially opening the doors for The Calimshan Cure.

Named after the legendary desert realm of Faerûn, this burger is built to clear whatever debuffs the week threw at you and get your HP back to 100%. Start with a beef patty topped with ,provolone, salami, pepperoni, pepper relish and topped with aioli, lettuce, and tomato on brioche bun.

It’s bold, absurdly comforting, and practically begging to be paired with a cold Loowit brew (or a shot of Jim Beam )

No high-level spellcasting or elaborate quest required—just head down to the pub in downtown Vancouver, pull up a booth, drop a few quarters in the pinball machines, and let’s catch up. We’ve saved a spot for you at the table.
