A MESSAGE TO OUR FLIGHT COMMUNITY ✈️
We owe everyone who has been following FLIGHT an honest update.
First: Yes, FLIGHT is opening.
But we're done saying “Opening Soon.”
When we began this project, we knew we were attempting something extremely ambitious. What we didn't fully anticipate was just how complicated building an experience like FLIGHT would become.
This isn't simply a restaurant.
FLIGHT combines immersive projection, synchronized audio, lighting, automation, special effects, engineering and technology with a multi-course dining experience designed to transport an entire table around the world—and beyond it.
There are only a handful of experiences in the world doing anything comparable, and we're incredibly proud to be building one here in Salem, New Hampshire.
We've encountered technical delays. We've dealt with equipment and engineering challenges. Much of our specialized technology involves teams overseas and completely different time zones. We even experienced a small fire that caused another setback.
And through all of it, we've continued building.
Something incredible has happened along the way:
More than 8,000 people have already PRE-BOARDED for FLIGHT.
We've also had potential franchise partners approach us about bringing the FLIGHT concept to other cities across the United States—before we've served our first official guest.
That tells us something:
People believe in this idea.
Our mistake was repeatedly telling everyone we were “opening soon.”
So we're changing that.
No more estimated opening dates.
No more countdowns.
No more “almost there.”
We're simply going to finish FLIGHT.
And when everything is ready—when the technology works the way we envisioned it, the food is right, and the experience feels truly magical—we will open the doors.
Everyone who has already pre-boarded will receive a special private link and the opportunity to become some of the very first passengers to experience FLIGHT.
Thank you to everyone who has stayed excited, asked questions, challenged us, supported us and waited patiently.
We believe what we're creating will be worth the wait.
