They're BAAAAAACK! Crabby. Fried. Green. Tomatoes. Making their third annual appearance for our South Summer Road Trip Menu! Green tomato slices, dredged in a cornmeal, flour & Old Bay mix, deep-fried to crispy perfection, and topped with classic crab salad ($22)... this goes perfectly with the Islands In The Stream cocktail on the South menu (we promise we named it during the before times, sorry Miss Dolly! 😭)... Drumshanbo pineapple gin, heirloom pineapple amaro, Xyla liqueur, pineapple juice, served up ($15). Snag them while we've got them, now through Saturday, September 12! Let's talk about this catfish! You guys are loving it... available on the South Summer Road Trip Menu until Saturday, September 12 (while supplies last on the final Friday/Saturday of the menu), we're seasoning beautiful catfish fillets with our house blackening spice, then pan-searing & topping with a crab beurre blanc & scallions. Served with cheesy Old Bay creamed corn & collard greens, it pairs perfectly with our Rind Ranger cocktail: Hamilton’s "Breezeway" rum, lime juice, watermelon syrup, mint, on the rocks, garnished with a house-pickled watermelon rind! Catfish is $28, Rind Ranger is $15... come in and check it out! It's time for another episode of Thirsty Thursdays... Wine Edition at Kingfisher! This week, join GM & Certified Sommelier Eric Smith as we work our way through some of our deligtful offerings, including Brassfield Winery's Pinot Noir, High Valley AVA, California '22 ($13 glass / $10 happy hour glass; $48 bottle / $43.20 happy hour bottle) and I. Brand & Family Winery's Arneis out of Lime Kiln Valley, CA ($60 bottle / $54 happy hour bottle). Happy hour is in the bar Monday through Friday from 2 - 6 p.m., so we'll see you there!

Hey Tucson! We are on day two of our South Summer Road Trip, and the five-course prix fixe dinner is already halfway sold out... get your reservations in! For the usual $99 per person (includes all five courses & pairings, but not tax/grat), come eat some delicious comfort food with us on Wednesday, September 9 at 6:30 p.m. This one is definitely for the bourbon lovers, we're pairing first course with our Willet Family Estate, Small Batch Bourbon, clocking in at a VERY subtle 63.1% ABV 😂 and finishing it off on the bourbon chocolate pecan tart with a Weller 12-year aged bourbon.

It's Thirsty Thursday... Wine Edition at the Kingfisher! We're talking through our new beverage program with Eric Smith, GM & Sommelier... and this week we're talking about Frog's Leap Winery, a super cool sustainable & organic winery in Napa Valley -- we're featuring their Sauvignon Blanc by the glass & the bottle; and we're also talking D'Alfonso-Curran Wines - opened by a dog-loving husband and wife team, we're featuring their Grenache Gris, of which there are only 10 acres in the entire US! This Grenache Blanc is by the bottle only. A reminder that for happy hour, it's $3 off all wines by the glass and 10% off wines by the bottle! Monday - Friday 2-6 pm in the bar only.
