New California & Hawaii road trip menu launches tonight! Now through June 27. Highlighting the Hawaiian BBQ pork belly sliders - shredded pork belly with Chinese 5 spice and house-made Hawaiian BBQ sauce on a Hawaiian sweet roll topped with slaw and grilled pineapple, served with Hawaiian Mac salad and taro chips!

Hi friends! Just two more days of our Midwest Summer Road Trip Menu (farewell, walleye... 😭) and then we're on to the next! We use Monday and Tuesday to prep, set up and get ready to rock into our California & Hawaii Summer Road Trip menu, which will take us from Wednesday 6/10 (at 4 p.m.) all the way to our annual two-week Summer Break on Saturday 6/27, with our (reservations required) five-course $99 prix fixe dinner on Wednesday 6/24 at 6:30 p.m.

This menu promises to be delightful, with spam musubi, shrimp egg rolls, Hawaiian BBQ pork belly sliders, grilled swordfish, cioppino, coconut panna cotta, blueberry dark chocolate brownies, the (temporary) return of our classic Black Flag cocktail, Beachwood Brewing IPA, Bonny Doon Vineyard Picpoul, and Olema Wines Pinot Noir, with a special appearance of Bucato Chaparral Amaro just for the prix fixe dinner.

TUCSON! Just one more week of our Midwest Summer Road Trip before it's gone forever.... well, not forever, but until next year! Come get your walleye, your smelt, your relish tray, your brats, your smoked KC-style BBQ turkey (this is criminally underrated, just ask any of our staff), your meatloaf (my dad's recipe), your buckeyes, your Indiana sugar cream pie, your Old Style, your Michigan Caddillac, and your Spaghett! Now until Saturday, June 6... and once we're out, we're out! So if you have a favorite ***aahhheeemmm, walleye*** come and get it early in the week!
