Two more beers to add on the list of your pickups/delivery

Denounce Thy • Belgian Abbey Sour with some sweet Dappel dandy pluots (plum and apricot hybrid fruit). This dark sour was fermented with abbey yeast along with those plumcots. Lots of dark fruit plum like flavors came out in this sour. ABV 6.3%

Uncharted Waters • India Pale Ale. This citra hop, single malt ipa came out so crisp and clean, it’s the perfect drinking beer. ABV 5.5% 37 IBU.

This IPA has an ABV of 5.8%. It’s loaded with all the fruit forward hops and it’s crushable. It’s transcendent!!

MidSommar • Sour Ale with Lemondrop Melons and Hawaiian Black Sea Salt.

This melon sour was brewed on June 24th, the day of midsummer. So obviously the name kind of fit. Lemondrop melons are one of the sweetest melons out there, and adding some of that Hawaiian salt really makes this a perfect summer sour.

To see with fresh eyes, Is to see from a different angle, a different perspective, a different narrative. It’s denying the pride within, and allowing humility to reveal what needs to be revealed. If we don’t pursue fresh eyes, it will eventually pursue us, and take a hold of us. It will show us what we don’t want to see. “For once I was blind, but not I see”.

Paradigm Shift • IPA infused with Hibiscus Flowers and fresh Cara Oranges. Dry-Hopped with Amarillo, Chinook, and El Dorado.

This Ipa is super refreshing with a citra bomb and hibiscus floral backend. It’s a perfect summer beer to drink outside or by the pool. One of these just won’t do it, it’s that refreshingly good. Beautiful Design by . ABV 6.8%

It’s time for the curtain ways of life to die off and allow new beginnings, new chapters, new perspectives, and new shifts to take place within ourselves and the world we live in. Super Vision • Mixed Fermentation Farmhouse Ale with White Peaches, Apricots, Blackberries and Basil.

It’s funky, it’s peachy, it’s peppery, and it’s a whole lot of goodness.
•
This was my first time mixing different types of yeast. I used some wild yeast I collected from Tucson, a strain of Brett and some American yeast. It turned out super good and complex. ABV 6.2% IBU 37

This has been the time for me to Connect back into my roots. What makes us earthlings come to life? How do we become our best selves in a world that sometimes doesn’t provide the access to that portal. Maybe it’s much simpler.

Earth has been here for millions of years constantly sustaining itself with the same type of love and self care. Let’s learn from it, connect with it and follow by its example. And why not have a beer in the process with that reconnection.

Air Hugs
• A Pale Ale hopped with Cascade and Southern Dawn; and double dry-hopped with Wakatu, Ella, and Galaxy.

This was a collaboration brew with . We had a brew session before all the Covid-19 went lockdown. Since then we have given each other huge “air hugs” for sake of social distancing. We are super excited about how this turned out. From the beer to the legendary artwork by . Great Team Work!!!
