Fresh Hop Season ‘26 💚
Our Fresh Hop b**r is almost ready, and we’re excited to give you all a little info about this year’s special collaboration ahead of its release!
In 2 weeks, we’ll be releasing Strata Logistics, crafted in partnership with Indie Hops, the developers of Strata hops; Westwood Farms, an Oregon hop grower committed to regenerative agriculture; and Proximity Malt, whose ReGen Malt barley has been a foundational ingredient in our b**r over the years.
Fresh Hop season is the short window each year when hops are ready to harvest. Instead of being dried and packaged for use throughout the year, fresh hops are picked and transported to the brewhouse right away, where they’re brewed within hours of harvest.
This b**r brings together freshly harvested Strata hops and barley grown through regenerative agriculture, connecting the farm, the malthouse, the hop harvest, and the brewery into one tasty final beverage.
