The fresh concept was born out of years of experience in the restaurant industry. Bringing together a mixture of classic greek food with a modern fast casual experience and adding a full service coffee bar is how we broke the mold from old tired greek restaurants. With locations opening around Arizona and California we seek to take the nation by storm in the coming months and years. A wellspring of smooth and pure olive oil, fragrant herbs, the freshest local
ingredients & hearty servings come together in every meal.

A little round up of the favorites 😋

If it’s your first time here these are a pretty good place to start! If it’s not your first time in what’s your go to order?

Tired of regular seasoned fries??? Greek fries are the way to go… crispy, lemony, cheesy… what’s not to love?

A true classic Greek dish. Gyro, pita, tzatziki, lettuce, onion& tomato!

Pair with any side and you have the best lunch or dinner meal!

A plate worth sharing…

Half plate or full plate I can guarantee you’ll be satisfied…

If you end up loving the Greek fries, we also use that same lemon skewer sauce of our chicken souvlaki

A combination of Limoncello and the anise flavor of Quzo, mixed with Almond based Orgeat, creating a unique refreshing taste to satisfy EVERYONE
