Witch’s Venom Shots 🎃🦇

These colorful layered Halloween shots combine sweet orange, blackberry, and grenadine flavors with a spooky black finish.

Servings: 8–10 shots
Preparation: 15 minutes

Ingredients
½ cup orange juice, chilled
½ cup vodka, chilled
¾ cup blackberry liqueur
3 tablespoons grenadine
Black sanding sugar
Orange gummy bats
Ice
Corn syrup or simple syrup, for the rims
Optional: 2–3 drops black food coloring
Instructions
Pour a little corn syrup onto a plate and spread the black sanding sugar on another plate. Dip each shot-glass rim into the syrup, then into the sugar.
Combine the orange juice, grenadine, and half of the vodka in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into the glasses, filling each about one-third full.
Slowly pour the blackberry liqueur over the back of a spoon to create the purple middle layer.
Mix the remaining vodka with a few drops of black food coloring. Carefully pour it over the back of a clean spoon to form the dark top layer.
Decorate each glass with an orange gummy bat and serve immediately.

Tip: Chill every ingredient beforehand and pour each layer very slowly for the clearest color separation.

Poison Apple Shots 🍎☠️

Sweet, tart, and spooky layered Halloween shots combining crisp apple, sour liqueur, vodka, and grenadine.

Servings: 8–10 shots
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
½ cup apple juice, chilled
½ cup vodka, chilled
¾ cup sour apple liqueur
3 tablespoons grenadine
Red and black sanding sugar
Thin green apple slices
Simple syrup, for the rims
Ice
Optional: 1–2 drops black food coloring
Instructions
Place the simple syrup on one plate and the sanding sugar on another. Dip each glass rim into the syrup, then coat it with sugar.
Mix the grenadine with ¼ cup apple juice. Divide evenly between the glasses to create the ruby-red bottom layer.
Slowly pour the sour apple liqueur over the back of a spoon to form the luminous green middle layer.
Combine the vodka, remaining apple juice, and optional black food coloring. Carefully pour over a clean spoon to create the black top layer.
Garnish each shot with thin green apple slices and serve immediately.

Layering tip: Chill every ingredient beforehand. Pour each layer very slowly, and refrigerate the shots for three minutes between layers if necessary.

It’s always so much fun to show up at a wedding that we’ve been referred to by close family and friends! 💜🥂💜

This beautiful tree farm (Shining Star) was the perfect setting, complete with a gorgeous fountain and so much charm. We had amazing food, yummy drinks, dancing, a speech that definitely brought tears to my eyes, and the sweetest farewell to end the night. ❤️

💍 DAY #2 — THE BIG WEDDING DAY! 💍
What an absolutely beautiful venue for such a beautiful celebration! ❤️
Today was filled with dancing, amazing food, laughter, and SO much love. Watching two families come together to celebrate this incredible couple was truly something special. 🥂✨
