After more than 25 years, I have a big announcement to make.
As of August 1, Ski’s All American Pub will officially be owned and operated by Alex Bruns. It’s definitely a bittersweet change, but I’m excited to see what the future holds for Ski’s and for Alex as he takes the reins.
Ski’s has been so much more than a business. It has been a huge part of my life, our family, and this community. We’ve shared countless memories, celebrations, friendships, late nights, crazy stories, and so many wonderful people who became more like family than customers. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who walked through those doors and supported us along the way.
Walking away from something that has been such a big part of our lives for so long isn’t easy, but I feel very fortunate that Ski’s is being passed on to someone I believe will continue to make it a great place for our community.
To every customer, friend, employee, family member, and regular who has supported Ski’s over the years — thank you. Thank you for the friendships, the laughs, the celebrations, the stories, and all the memories. It has been an incredible 25+ years.
Congratulations, Alex! I’m excited to see you take this next step and wish you nothing but success. I hope everyone will continue to show Ski’s the same love and support you’ve given us for all these years.
