We’ve recently seen some conversations circulating online about our restaurant. While we understand that not every experience is perfect, we do want to take a moment to speak directly to our guests, our team, and our supporters.

At Bonfire, we’ve built this business from the ground up with one goal: to create a place where people feel welcome, taken care of, and proud to be a part of—whether as a guest or as a team member. That commitment has never changed.

We are incredibly proud of our staff. Many of them have been with us for years, and they are the heart and soul of what we do. We love and cherish both our employees and our customers, and we work hard every day to provide great food, a warm atmosphere, and a memorable experience.

Like any busy restaurant, especially during high-volume times, occasional mistakes can happen. What matters to us is how we respond—and we strive to handle every situation quickly, fairly, and with respect.
