And Amatriciana Pasta ...Toasted Black Pepper....pan rendered a bacon...Pasta ..and a Pear Tomato Romano Cheese Sauce. So classic ...like a me!!! We also have Egg a Plant Parmesan.... which is Italian for Egg a Plant Parmesan... Don't tell Giovanni how much I like to hear Bella Mia say... Amatriciana....ooooo..ittsa makes my chef hat tingle.... Piacere'!!!

Oh my Little Linguini's....no...I...Luigi ....do a not a have a bad side to Photograph....ahem ....tonight we a have Sausage Potato Chowder...ittsa so yummy ...and Shrimp Ratatouille Pasta..or Chicken Saute and Potatoes with a Cream Fresh Rosemary Green Onion Cream Sauce on the Chicken ...I tried to put a hat on him but he was SUCH a Diva......and Thyme Onion Smashed Potatoes.....Imma so excited Imma gonna stir the Marinara Three times!!!
