Next Saturday, March 22 at 6pm:
Chef Judy is excited to feature the art of combining warm and spicy flavors with cool and refreshing ones in the upcoming March class. Anyone who has seen the 2014 movie The 100 Foot Journey (great movie,) may recall Helen Mirren tasting an omelet and describing how this combination of warm and cool spices, is the measure and the art of creating truly incredible cuisine.
