Today the Pepin EMS is hosting their annual pancake breakfast fundraiser in the school cafeteria. We used to attend this event until we started a restaurant. Please go in our place, eat a big stack of flapjacks and support the crews that give their time so willingly. You don't have to be a local to take part in these small town festivities.

If you happen to miss the fundraiser and are hungry, then we'll feed you. We'll be serving inside the saloon this week in order to avoid the bees.

Summer is near over and we want to remind you that some of our menu items are seasonal and will take a rest for the winter. Available through fall colors are our smoked baby back ribs, pulled pork, Moon style tacos and fennel leek potato salad.

A couple of popular drinks that never got their proper debut: The Elderita, elderflower margarita and The Homesteader made with dill aquavit.

We've also got carrot cake today! Made gluten free in-house. And yes, gluten lovers would still love it.
