Since 2020 this business took some hits. The pressures of business ownership has given me serious doubts about moving forward at times. Juggling a business, parenthood, relationships while navigating the world we live in has been beyond challenging.

2026 would mark over a decade of The Wandering Sidecar Bar. We were one of the first in this country to launch this concept and we would just like to say that we aren’t going anywhere! This year we are refocusing on bringing you an elevated bar experience with upgraded bars, new cocktail menus, and the same commitment to service that we’ve brought to you for nearly 11 years.

10 years ago today Ruthie followed me home.

I was a new mom with 10 month old twin boys trying to figure out a way to be home with them, but also bring home income. When I had this idea and decided to go for it, I was intensely inspired. This old camper became Ruthie that day and the culmination of my past experience with bartending and my love of making things pretty. It all came together so seamlessly and I am so grateful for the last 10 years.

Hundreds of jobs.
So many new friends.
What a long strange trip it’s been.
I’m full of gratitude.
