While we still don't have a firm opening date, we DO need to start finding the right fit for our 2 job openings--one is full-time with focus on the bar side, and the other is part-time with more focus on retail (and willingness to assist with barista responsibilities when needed).

Talk about a tough day at work 🤣

If you haven't had the delight of enjoying a StilL 630 Distillery gin, rum, apple brandy, or whiskey, you are missing out on a local treasure. Huge thanks to David for the tasting and library tour, and for my new favorite bottle of gin! Can't wait to serve up Still 630 cocktails soon!

Gee, what a tough day at work! Met with David at StilL 630 Distillery for an amazing tasting, then had to try a cocktail with the gin he so graciously gifted me after falling head over knees for it (see what I did there??). It's indie bookstore day! Can't think of a better day to say hello and roll out our social presence! We can't wait to get our building ready to welcome readers by late summer.

As introverts themselves, founding sisters Sarah and Julie grew up avid readers and dreamed of a space to share with fellow grownup book lovers. A social but sensory friendly space. A place to build community, support local creators, and bring the magic back to adulthood.

That's the vision for Tomes & Tonics. We can't wait to welcome you all later this year. We hope you'll help us write this story and become a favorite main character soon!
