The President Abraham Lincoln Springfield, a DoubleTree by Hilton is pleased to announce the addition of Keith Loukinen as Director of Food and Beverage. Keith brings a wealth of experience in hotel food and beverage management, culinary arts, and restaurant ownership to his new role.
Keith began his hospitality career in South Florida at the prestigious Breakers Hotel and Resort in Palm Beach, where he developed his foundation in world-class service and fine dining. He later advanced to serve as a Director of Food and Beverage with Hilton Hotels, further refining his culinary and management abilities which have made him a respected figure in the food and beverage industry.
Since moving to Springfield, IL in 2009, Keith has made a significant impact on the local dining scene by developing Nick and Nino’s Penthouse Steakhouse and Loukinen on 4th. His passion for food and beverage service and culinary arts has allowed him to bring creative dining experiences and a personal touch to every table. He was also voted Illinois Times Best Chef in 2020.
With his deep culinary background and proven leadership, Keith is poised to bring innovative ideas and elevated service to the President Abraham Lincoln Springfield Hotel’s food and beverage program.
