It's Thursday and that means it is Bistro Classic Night! This evening, Chef Jesse and the crew have prepared Trout Amandine. Pan seared fresh Rainbow trout with beurre noisette, toasted almonds, sautéed green beans and roasted fingerling potatoes. We will be serving this tonight only, so make your reservations now!

Tonight we are featuring Shrimp and Grits with shrimp, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes sautéed in a house made shellfish butter over Cheddar grits with a Parmesan tuille. We look forward to seeing you!

Something new is coming to Ambrosia!

Beginning Monday, August 17, each night of the week will offer a new reason to join us.

Think fresh pasta, elevated comfort food, market-inspired dishes, beloved bistro classics, and signature weekend features created to make an ordinary evening feel a little more special.

These will not be permanent additions to the menu. They will be rotating features that give our chefs the opportunity to highlight seasonal ingredients, revisit favorite dishes, and introduce something new each week.

We will be sharing the complete weekly lineup soon.
