Stop in for a taste of the past and enjoy some iconic drinks such “The Old Fashioned, “Sidecar” or “ The Southside”, said to be created by Al Capone himself, to promote the drinking of Gin during Prohibition. Ethier’s Café plays Post-modern Jukebox style music, jazz and swing which, along with the cocktails, makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a 1920’s Speakeasy with all the advantages of the 21st century!
