Turns out we weren’t the only ones excited for Love Island 💕🌴

Thank you to everyone who came out for our Love Island Release Party and made it such a great night.

The best part? We’re just getting started.

After the turnout we had, we’re already planning something even bigger for the season finale. 👀

We will not have live music tonight as we are mourning the loss of our dear friend and Sarasota music icon, Mark Waelti of RPM. RPM has been a Gilligan’s staple, playing nearly every Tuesday and Thursday for 25 years. We will miss our friend but never forget the great times we shared. RIP.

What’s the most “Siesta Key” thing someone can do on a night out? Bar hop through the village, catch one of the most badass sunsets you'll ever see, then finish the night off on the dance floor.

What’s a moment at Gilligan’s that made you stop and think, “only on The Key”?
17+ years behind the bar, and this place never ceases to amaze me. The wild stories, the memories, some things are better left told in person 😉 You're just going to have to come experience it for yourself!

As Memorial Day begins, we hope everyone has a chance to relax, spend time with good people, and enjoy the weekend here on The Key 🇺🇸

But today is also about remembering the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. The freedom to gather with friends, sit outside, share a meal, and enjoy moments like these was paid for by those who never made it home.

Today, we honor them.

From all of us at Gilligan’s Island Bar on Siesta Key, thank you to the fallen and to the families who carry their memory every day.
