Help us celebrate our Director of Operations, Kevin Thompson, on 20 years with Gecko’s Hospitality Group! 🥳❤️

A special milestone worth celebrating—Kevin started with Gecko’s on his 30th birthday and marked 20 years with the company on his 50th! 🤗

He joined Gecko’s with plans to move into management and got his start at The Landings, stepping into a bartending role while the right opportunity opened within the company.

Since then, his focus has been consistent: people, growth, and leadership.

Kevin is passionate about developing managers, supporting his team, and helping employees grow both in their roles and in their careers. He also values continuous learning and opportunities like Leadership Sarasota that help him grow as a leader.

One of the most rewarding parts of his journey has been watching Gecko’s expand and seeing team members grow into long-term careers within the company. ❤️
