Mad Hatchet Brewing was started in 2019 by Mike & Jamie...they built the foundation of this brewery by brewing delicious beers while offering a welcoming taproom. In 2025, ownership was transferred but the traditions of brewing and serving high quality beers in that welcoming taproom will remain the same! We appreciate your continued support as we start this new adventure!

Start your day with our -NEW to the menu-Breakfast Pizza—loaded with cheese, eggs, bacon, onions & peppers—paired with our rich Coffee Stout, brewed with locally roasted 10 Drops Coffee.
Savory, roasty, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgent.
Basically, breakfast and coffee were meant to be enjoyed this way. 🍻☕
