For us, that may look like the wood-grilled lamb to set the tone and pots de crĆØme to bring the evening to a wonderful close.

We are closed Sunday and Monday, but join us Saturday for wood-fired flavors, craft cocktails, and good company.

Today, Sevier County lost someone who has been part of the heart of this community for generations.

Dolly touched lives around the world, but Tennessee was always home. No matter how far life took her, she continued to give back and carry the Smoky Mountains with her.

šŸ”„Thatā€™s a cocktail while the fire gets going. Then comes the harder decision: Tomahawk or Porterhouse? Both are wood-grilled, cooked to your desired temperature, and finished with West Virginia sea salt.

And when the Goat Cheese Cheesecake arrives, youā€™ll be glad you saved room.

Cocktail to cheesecake. That sounds like a pretty good evening to us. šŸ˜‰
