We’re hosting something really special at The Appalachian on June 14th.
An intimate five course dinner with Sugarlands Distilling Company, Roaming Man, and Broken Antler Whiskey, led alongside our team by Sugarlands Distilling Company Master Distiller Greg Eidam II. He’ll walk you through a moonshine tasting before we move into dinner.
The menu does the talking from there. Roasted bone marrow with a Hot Honey Whiskey Luge. Apple Pie Pork Chop over heirloom grits with apple chutney, paired with Roaming Man Rye and Appalachian Apple Moonshine. Five courses, each with its own pairing.
