To Our Valued Customers,
We want to sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration regarding the recent “dine in fee” appearing on receipts.
After looking into the issue further, we have realized that our system has not been automatically removing the fee for customers paying with cash, as it previously did with our former non-cash fee setup. Because we were accustomed to the system handling this automatically, we did not realize this was happening sooner.
We take full responsibility and are truly sorry to any customer who paid cash and was incorrectly charged.
If you paid cash and notice this fee on your receipt, please bring in your receipt and we will gladly refund the charge back to you.
We appreciate everyone who brought this to our attention and thank you for your patience and continued support as we work to correct the issue. Supporting our customers and community means everything to us, and we never want anyone to feel misled or overcharged.
