We opened in late June 2019 and are a place where the entire community can come visit, feel comfortable and have a few beers.

It’s a really special week around the brewery as you probably already know. This Saturday, the 27th, we are celebrating 7 years in business with an all day Anniversary party! We will be open regular hours on Saturday (11AM-9PM) with music starting at 2PM and going all the way until we close. Cecil Thompkins Trio will be playing from 2-4PM, Billy Bauer will be 4-6PM and The Dead Ringers will be closing it down from 7-9ish. We’re really excited to see all of them again!

In addition to music all day we will also have Cousins Maine Lobster with us from 1-8PM, a special beer on tap that just so happens to coincide with the date, our famous smoked Reubens, and some more tricks from our kitchen. The City of Seneca is allowing us to use the Jazz on the Alley stage, tents, tables and chairs again. We will have the stage set up behind the Bantam Chef building, so there will be plenty of seating on our grassy hill, under the tent and under our awning.

Right now the forecast for Saturday looks dry and in the low 90’s. While it might sound warm it’s likely going to be the coolest Anniversary Party we have ever had! Of course, we just had to open at the end of June so we can relive it each year. 😆

We hope you will make plans to come celebrate this huge milestone with us on Saturday. As a reminder, we always close the day after our Anniversary Party so our staff can take a breather and have some fun together.

We’re really excited to welcome back the sun for another beautiful weekend in downtown Seneca. Tonight we are taking a small break from live music to help the City of Seneca celebrate Juneteenth and the opening of downtown’s brand new amphitheater that’s just a few steps from KBC. The first band to hit the new stage will be Motown legends The Drifters. Music at the amphitheater will be from 6-9PM tonight. Remember that you can take food and beverages from KBC over to the amphitheater as long as they are packaged to-go and in plastic cups. Just let our bartenders know and they will be happy to take care of you.

Saturday night we will be back with live music at our regularly scheduled time from 6:30-8:30PM with the amazing LC Branch. LC is always one of our favorites to have around and he is just the perfect person to have to make up for taking a night off of live music tonight. Come out for another amazing show from LC on Saturday!

Earlier this week we put a fan favorite beer back on tap—Lakecation. It seems like everyone missed their favorite Session IPA for the week or two that it was off tap, but now it’s back for the warmer days of summer. Even if your adventures take you to the lake, to the waterfalls, or just to the back porch you can grab any of our beers in Crowlers to take along with you.

This weekend we will also have World Cup matches on all weekend. Today at 3PM is the big match between USA and Australia. Since we now open at 11AM on Fridays we will definitely be open for the match. Come cheer along with us!

We’re always excited about making it to the weekend, but this one is going to be especially fun. Amazing live music, tons of sporting events, beautiful weather, cold beer and great food. What more could you want?

Friday night we get to welcome Dillon Brown back to the KBC stage. Dillon is an extremely talented local musician that we look forward to having on the stage each time he is here. Join us for another amazing show tonight. Music Friday night will be a special time (6:00-8:00PM). Saturday night we get to welcome Rankin Revival to the KBC stage for the first time. Everyone is familiar with Heath Rankin from his solo gigs here (and from behind the KBC bar), but he has recently put together a full band and has been playing shows around the upstate. Saturday night is the first time they will be hitting the KBC stage. Stop out for an amazing show on Saturday at the normal 6:30-8:30PM time.

Earlier this week we announced that we put The Cup on tap to celebrate The World Cup happening, but we completely forgot to mention that we also put a brand new batch of Fan of Nature on tap this week also. We know we have been a little IPA light on the menu board lately and are working to correct that as quickly as we can. Fan of Nature is the first of several IPAs that will be returning soon. Stay tuned for more information on those beers.

This weekend also has every sporting event you could possibly want as well. The World Cup is in full swing, the NBA Finals, the Stanley Cup and the College World Series are all continuing this weekend as well. Stop in to cheer on your favorite teams while enjoying the amazing KBC atmosphere, food and beverages.

Today is finally the start of The World Cup and we thought that it would be fun to make a beer just for the occasion. Starting today we will have The Cup on tap at KBC. The Cup is a porter that we added peanuts and cocoa nibs to which gives the beer a very familiar flavor of peanuts and chocolate that is reminiscent of one of our favorite candy treats. Since we only used roasted peanuts and cocoa nibs with this beer you can have all of the great flavors of The Cup without being overly sweet.

In addition to the start of The World Cup it is also Burger & Beer Special Thursday. Stop by KBC today while you are watching The World Cup, gearing up for Jazz on the Alley, or just spending some time with friends and family at the taproom for one of the best deals in all of Seneca. Any of our artesian smash burgers from our regular menu, a side of hand cut French fries and a 16oz KBC beer for only $19 total. It’s one of the main reasons we look forward to Thursdays each week.

Remember that if you are making your way down to Jazz on the Alley then you can always grab a beverage and food from KBC to take with you. Just let us know when you are ordering that you will be walking with your beverage/food and we will make sure everything is packaged for your walk.

Another beautiful weekend is here and you’re going to want to make your plans to hang out at KBC. Today is the first Friday in June which means it is First Friday Fish & Chips day. Grab some amazing fresh, never frozen, Cod with our hand-cut fries while it lasts. It’s always incredibly popular, so it would probably be best to get here early to have the best chance of getting some. We are now open at 11AM on Fridays.

Of course, our kitchen will be serving our full menu all weekend long in case you are looking for something different. And if you are looking for something truly different, new June food specials started earlier this week. Try a Spinberry Salad, A Pig In Paradise Pork Sandwich, Firecracker Smashburger, or Southern Charm Chicken Sandwich while they are around.

We also have some amazing live music lined up for everyone this weekend. Friday night’s musician is Jeff Holley. Last time Jeff was at KBC was his first time playing here and we enjoyed him so much that we had to get him back on the schedule as quickly as we could. Don’t miss your chance to hear him again this weekend. Saturday night’s musician is Spencer Heringa. We love the days when Spencer is around. He is extremely talented and plays a fun combination of genres to make his shows truly unique. Stop out Friday and Saturday night from 6:30-8:30PM for all of the fun.

Mid 70’s as the high for June in SC?! Yes, please! 🙌 We are loving the temperatures today and it just so happens to be on a Wednesday. That means Music Bingo with Dave will be outside tonight to take advantage of the lovely weather. Stop out tonight to enjoy all of the fun. 7 rounds with a winner for each round and it’s always free to play.

Music Bingo starts at 6:30PM tonight, but you might want to come early to quench your thirst, enjoy some amazing food and grab your favorite table. There is always plenty of space under our awning, but on a day like today you might want to soak up a few extra rays while you can. You can play from anywhere in our backyard. Summer is officially here and we are gearing up for another amazing weekend. We have a real treat for everyone tonight as well. Not only will Trey Stephens be joining us for some live music, but he is bringing along his friend, Randall Martin, as an added bonus! Join us for some great tunes from Trey & Randall tonight from 6:30-8:30PM.

Not to be outdone by tonight’s music we have the crowd favorite, David Locke, joining is for music on Saturday from 6:30-8:30PM also. The weather looks beautiful for music outside both nights, so bring the whole gang. There will be plenty of room for everyone!

This weekend is also the last weekend of May, so stop in one last time to enjoy all of your favorite May food specials. The Crab Rangoon Dip, The Buff Boi Chicken Wrap, The Goat and The Cajun Cow have all been amazing hits, but won’t be here forever. June food specials start on Tuesday.

Happy Memorial Day! While we know most people celebrate Memorial Day as “the beginning of summer” we certainly don’t want to forget the reason we celebrate today. Let’s raise a glass and toast to all of the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice continues to remind us of the freedoms and opportunities we enjoy everyday.

Dave will be hosting a special edition of Trivia this evening with questions about all things Memorial Day related. Come bring the entire crew to test your knowledge while enjoying some great brews and food. You might even walk away with some gift cards if your knowledge game is on point.
