Summer is officially here and we are gearing up for another amazing weekend. We have a real treat for everyone tonight as well. Not only will Trey Stephens be joining us for some live music, but he is bringing along his friend, Randall Martin, as an added bonus! Join us for some great tunes from Trey & Randall tonight from 6:30-8:30PM.

Not to be outdone by tonight’s music we have the crowd favorite, David Locke, joining is for music on Saturday from 6:30-8:30PM also. The weather looks beautiful for music outside both nights, so bring the whole gang. There will be plenty of room for everyone!

This weekend is also the last weekend of May, so stop in one last time to enjoy all of your favorite May food specials. The Crab Rangoon Dip, The Buff Boi Chicken Wrap, The Goat and The Cajun Cow have all been amazing hits, but won’t be here forever. June food specials start on Tuesday.

Happy Memorial Day! While we know most people celebrate Memorial Day as “the beginning of summer” we certainly don’t want to forget the reason we celebrate today. Let’s raise a glass and toast to all of the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice continues to remind us of the freedoms and opportunities we enjoy everyday.

Dave will be hosting a special edition of Trivia this evening with questions about all things Memorial Day related. Come bring the entire crew to test your knowledge while enjoying some great brews and food. You might even walk away with some gift cards if your knowledge game is on point.

Memorial Day Weekend is upon us and we have a lot of fun things planned! To kick off the weekend our kitchen has a very “special” food special for everyone. This weekend only we are doing The Full Circle Burger—Locally Sourced Briar Patch Farms Half-Pound Double-Patty Smashburger on a Toasted Hokkaido Bun, with Whipped Goat Cheese, Fig-Balsamic Onion Jame, Arugula, Bacon, and Crispy Fried Onion. Served with Fries.

The Briar Patch Bike Farm is a fourth-generation family farmed located in Oconee County at the base of the foothills of the Appalachia. Briar Patch cattle are part of a growing project centered around stewardship, community, and a love for the outdoors. The same rolling hills that support grazing cattle are also home to mountain biking trails, live music gatherings, and campsites built to bring people closer to the land and to each other. Their beef is grass fed and supplemented spent grains from the brewing process here at Keowee Brewing, creating flavorful high quality beef and a true “full circle”. You can follow them on Instagram to keep updated with their events, cows, and ordering your own local beef.

To help celebrate the holiday weekend we also have some amazing live music planned. Tonight you are able to catch crowd favorite Doug McDonald and tomorrow night will be The Dead Ringers playing as a full band rain or shine. It’s likely that Doug will be inside this evening, but it is looking possible for us to have The Dead Ringers outside tomorrow night. 🤞Even if it rains The Dead Ringers will be playing as a full band inside the taproom. We have done a show like this once before and it was an absolute blast. Make plans to be here either way.

Lastly, we are open extra hours on Memorial Day, Monday the 25th, from 12-9PM. Make sure you make KBC part of our holiday celebrations!

We know it’s only Wednesday, but we are really looking forward to this weekend and we thought we would let you know why. Friday night we are hosting Doug McDonald for some live tunes at KBC and Saturday night is the return of The Deadringers to the KBC stage.

Since the weather is up in the air for Friday and Saturday night we will be determining if music will be inside or out the day of the show. Even though The Deadringers are a full band we will still be having them play as a full band either way. Who was here for the first (and only) show we have done with a full band playing in the brewery? It was an absolute blast and we will do it again if we need to. The hope is to have everything outside if possible, though.

Speaking of weather, it looks like tonight will be an amazing night for Music Bingo with Dave to be held outside. We have all of the shade sales up, fans on and beers cold for a great night in the backyard. Join us tonight for another wonderful mid-week fun evening of music, food and brews. All of the fun starts at 6:30PM tonight, but come early to grab your favorite table, some food and a few delicious beers before the party starts.

We’re excited for another wonderful weekend at KBC. The weather looks beautiful, the beers are flowing and our chefs are making amazing food for everyone visiting. May’s food specials have been a huge hit so far! Stop out to grab something new or one of your everyday favorites.

This weekend we have two talented musicians joining us for some live music as always. Friday night is The World Famous Billy Bauer and Saturday night is Halem Albright. Both of these guys need no introduction, but we are thrilled to have them back. Come out for some great tunes from 6:30-8:30PM each night.

This weekend is shaping up to be another amazing one at KBC. Earlier this week our kitchen started their May Food Specials which have been a huge hit so far. Make sure you stop in to try any of the new specials while they are around or grab any of your favorites off the everyday menu while you visit us.

This week we were also able to put a seltzer back on tap to join the 11 other beers. It’s been quite a while since we have had a seltzer on tap and even longer since it has been Darnell. If you need a refresher, Darnell is our Lemon and Prickly Pear seltzer that tastes just like a pink lemonade. It’s perfect for the summer and we don’t expect it to stay around long. We still have 11 beers on tap to satisfy that thirst for you too.

It just happens to be Allison’s Birthday weekend, so she got to choose 2 of her favorite musicians to join us for live music. This evening Austin Mauldin will be in the house and Saturday night will be Corey Stevenson. Since the weather is looking good for the weekend we expect the music to be outside both nights, but it could always be a show-time decision.

This Sunday we will be closing a little early for Alex’s Dad’s birthday, so make sure you plan accordingly. This Sunday, the 10th, we will be open from 12-6:30PM, which means our kitchen will be operating from 12-6PM. You will need to get here a little earlier to get your KBC fix.

🎉🥳This is not a drill!! For the first time in over a year we have a seltzer back on tap and to make it even more special we brought back everyone’s favorite seltzer that has been absent for more than 18 months…Darnell!🤯 This Prickly Pear and Lemon Seltzer is the ultimate refresher for the hot summer months. It also gets its name from one of the most wild reviews we have ever received (if you know, you know). Stop in tonight and try the newest batch of Darnell. Hopefully it won’t be 18 months before the next batch hits the taps, but we wouldn’t risk it!

Tonight is also our Burger & Beer Special evening. Order any of our Artisan Burgers off the regular menu (or The Cajun Cow from May’s Special List) and a 16oz KBC Craft Beer for only $19 total. Both the burger and beer have to be ordered at the same time for the special pricing to take place.

Tonight is also Jazz on the Alley in Downtown Seneca. All of the festivities start at 7PM, so stop by KBC for some fun, food and drinks before, during or after your visit to Jazz. We can even set you up with food and drinks in to-go packaging for you to take down to Jazz with you.

We’re gearing up for another great evening of Music Bingo with Dave. Since there is a chance there will be a sprinkle later in the evening, Music Bingo will be held inside today. Don’t worry, though, the music will still be played on our house speakers, so if you would like to sit outside there will be plenty of space under our awning to play and stay dry.

We also wanted to feature The Goat Chicken Sandwich that our kitchen put out on the May Specials menu yesterday. The Goat Chicken Sandwich is Our Classic Huge Fried Chicken Sandwich with Herbed Goat Cheese and Sweet Tri-Color Peperonata (Bell Pepper Chutney), Served with Kettle Chips. The combination of the sweet pepper chutney and the creamy, herbed goat cheese is really special. Try one on your next visit and it’s sure to be your new favorite!
