Get to know Everette! Playing at Redwall tonight from 5-8!

Everett first picked up a guitar at 12 years old but did not really start playing the guitar with a passion until COVID came along, where he found himself working from home with more time on his hands to practice. Everett and his family first moved to the Phoenix metro area back in the early 1980โ€™s.ย ย Everett is rather new to the live music scene and has only been playing live gigs since moving to Sedona four-plus years ago when he started playing the open mic circuit around town and in the Verde Valley before venue music managers began to take notice of his brand of music.
Everettโ€™s musical roots are in hard rock and metal, naming bands such as Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Judas Priest, AC-DC, Iron Maiden and early Metallica as huge influences along with hundreds of other nods to greats such as Frank Sinatra, Neil Diamond, George Benson, and Johnny Cash. With such an eclectic musical background, Everettโ€™s music morphed into his distinctive, dreamy, ethereal, and desert-surfing tone he now plays, which is filled with hypnotic rhythms and melodies, which he has shared with guests at Sedona and Verde Valley venues. Everett has written and recorded more than 70 songs, raw demos actually, and is searchable on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/)and Spotify (https://open.spotify.com/artist/5cCHVPgG6nTEoRnhf3doPR?si=UR3tvFreTvC9wrl1e9a2xg).
