Jim and Sally have been doing it together for more than 25 years — side by side, keeping Uncle Sal's going.

Do they always get along? Let’s not get carried away. 😂 There’s a lot of history in those 25 years — hard work, plenty of laughs, a few disagreements, and we think she even tried to ground him there one time. But that’s a big part of what makes Uncle Sal’s feel so much like home.
