McCoy's Hilltop Bar and Grill The Hilltop Bar was established in 1947. Owned by our Uncle Merlin & Aunt Irene McCoy of Sugar Island from 1950-1971.

Its back in the family now with new owners Joe & Luanne (brother & sister) We've brought the Hilltop back to life with lots of hard work.

We had our first celebrity at McCoy's Hilltop Bar Friday night.
Caleb Foote and his parents Kurt and Tammy Foote. Caleb is a actor who plays Special Agent Bernard "Randy" Randolf on the series NCIS Origins.
His parents have a cabin here on Sugar Island. I was so excited to see him as we watch the series and I was hoping he would make his appearance sometime this summer.
Such a nice young man, I enjoyed talking with him and his parents.
I know he'll be back again.

McCoy's Hilltop Bar and Grill will be open for business Saturday May 2.. our soft opening at 1:00.
Our kitchen will not be open that day, hopefully it will be up and running soon after. Its been a tough winter. We are planning to have our Grand Opening in June or July.
Also on Saturday starting at 5:00 Sandy Corbiere-Sawyer will be holding her Kentucky Derby Fundraising Event to raise money for her Malcolm School Students. So ladies dust off your derby hats, bring your partner out for a fun evening.
