This sneaky little taproom favorite has been quietly building a fan club while we’ve been busy screaming about hops and obsessing over decoctions. And now, for the first time, you can grab it in glorious portable aluminum form. Inspired by the classic Ranch Water cocktail, Wilder is brewed with blue agave nectar and lime juice for a crisp, bright, ridiculously refreshing crusher with fresh citrus and just enough agave sweetness.

Okay cool, very refreshing, very sophisticated. Anyway, look at this idiot. 👽

DDH Foggy IPA w/ Mosaic, Krush & Sultana | 6.8%

Look at that name. Look at that label. GNAR. GNAR. BINKS.

We could probably stop there, but fortunately the b**r inside is also extremely sick.

This oat-heavy Foggy IPA gets loaded up with Mosaic, Krush, and Sultana. Krush, formerly HBC 586, has quickly become one of our favorites for its huge berry and tropical fruit character. Sultana brings citrus and a little black pepper spice to balance out the giant fruit pile coming from Mosaic + Krush.

Tomorrow we’re firing up the hop capacitor and sending TWO IPAs straight into the taprooms.
One is crisp, dank and bitter. The other is an 11% QIPA containing enough hops to generate the 1.21 gigawatts necessary for time travel.

Tonight’s trivia is moving out of the Seacret Garden and into the brewery parking lot, where we’ll be testing your knowledge of the great outdoors AND the great digital outdoors. 🏕️🎮

Expect questions about nature, wildlife, outdoor stuff, and nature in video games. Basically, knowing the difference between a real mushroom and a Mario mushroom could finally pay off.

JUICE BAG IS BACK. 🧃🌴🍍

One of the Humble Sea OGs has crawled out of the archives, put on its little tropical vacation shirt, and returned joosier than ever.

Juice Bag is our 8% Hop Fused Foggy DIPA loaded with Citra, Citra Cryo & Australian Galaxy. And yes, she’s changed a little over the years. Haven’t we all.

A little Honey Malt has always been Juice Bag’s secret weapon, adding just enough sweetness and color before the hops absolutely take over. Citra piles on the pineapple, while Australian Galaxy makes its big return bringing ripe mango, papaya, and a whole bunch of tropical fruits.

WAVE CZECH IS BACK THIS WEEK 🌊🇨🇿

Good news for anyone whose personality is slowly becoming “lager.”

One of our favorite crispy little la**rs is getting restocked in taprooms this week: Wave Czech, our 4.8% Double Decocted Czech Pilsner.

And because apparently making b**r the easy way would kill us, we went full Czech nerd on this thing:
🌾 100% European malt, including floor-malted Pilsner malt
🌿 100% Czech Saaz hops

The result? Rich, bready Bohemian malt character with that crisp, snappy finish that makes you drink half the glass before remembering you were supposed to “taste” it.

Cancel your plans. Or don’t. We’re not your mom. Just work a Czech Pilsner into them somehow. 🍺

The brewhouse sent marketing photos, which can only mean one thing: they did something cool enough to make sure we knew about it. 🌱📸

And yeah. They absolutely did.

We just dumped a completely reasonable and normal 200 POUNDS OF FRESH STRATA HOPS into 10 bbls of b**r.

These lil green freaks were harvested in the Willamette Valley at Coleman Agriculture / Indie Hops LLC roughly 24 HOURS before hitting the brewhouse. Farm → brewery → an absolutely irresponsible amount of hops.
For perspective, we’d normally use around 40–50 lbs of pelletized hops for a 10 bbl batch. This Fresh Hop Strata IPA got 200 lbs of wet, whole-cone Strata.

Wax the board. Find your flip-flops. Say “dude” with absolutely no sense of irony. We made a Pilsner for California.

Introducing Güd Times Roll, a crispy little German-Style Pilsner coming in at 5.1%, hopped with German Perle + Hallertau Mittelfrüh.

It’s light, snappy, refreshing, and considerably easier to crush than the wave you told everyone you totally would’ve caught if some kook hadn’t dropped in on you.

Basically, it’s built for the California lifestyle: checking the surf report 14 times before breakfast, leaving a wetsuit permanently fermenting in the back of your car, calling 58-degree water “pretty warm today,” and rewarding yourself with a b**r after spending 45 minutes paddling directly into the same current.
