French Blue Bordeaux Rouge alongside a smoky, savory bacon-wrapped petite filet sounds like the W**e & Dine ticket tonight! This Right Bank blend is heavily Merlot-dominant, bringing velvety tannins and dark cherry notes that perfectly complement the rich flavor and ultra-tender texture of the Bacon Wrapped Petite Filet w/parmesan roasted fingerling potatoes, garlic sautéed haricots verts, shiitake mushroom bordelaise. And... yes, French Blue Bordeaux Rouge can actually be a great red w**e choice for the Cioppino of the night if you prefer red w**e over white!

Cheers to a perfect match!

Behind every great golf event are dedicated people like Roger Campbell! 👏⛳ Many know Roger as our Food & Beverage Manager at Prairie Star, but he also oversees Wind Dancer Bar & Grill, Atush Grill at Twin Warriors, and food service for all our tournaments and special events—including this weekend’s PGA of America 17u PGA Jr. League Championship. The hours Roger puts in are countless, and his dedication helps make the "𝗠𝘆 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗠𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗳" group a premier golf and event destination.

A big shoutout to Roger and his entire team for making it all happen! 🙌

There's something nice about slowing down, settling into a cozy spot, and enjoying a good drink. Whether it's an evening in our w**e bar, a little fresh air on the patio, dinner with friends, or just stopping by because it sounds like a good idea… there's always a place for you at Prairie Star.

We've got some seasonal cocktails on the menu, along with a few fun twists on old favorites.

Good drinks, good company, and no special occasion needed. ❤️
