The Ship and Anchor opened in September 2004 in Sandy Springs. It has the feel of a London Pub in the City Centre with heavy Oak paneling and antique lighting. The patio is shaded for those hot steamy days, but is perfect in the autumn. Since its opening, it has become a Sandy Springs hotspot and is very popular with area residents and business people. Come by and see the 10' x 8' museum piece ship The Albatross or marvel at the 100 year old fireplace and 120 year old stained glass. Play darts with the locals or just relax with your better half! We look forward to seeing you in this little corner of England in Atlanta! When you see the bright red Telephone Box you'll know you're here. ONGOING EVENTS

Today, all of us at Dunwoody Restaurant Group join together to honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the first responders who showed extraordinary courage, and the families forever impacted by that day.

2,977 people went to sleep on September 10, 2001, expecting nothing more than an ordinary tomorrow.

246 passengers and crew prepared for their morning flights.
2,606 people went to work, expecting to come home.
343 firefighters prepared for their morning shift.
60 police officers prepared for their morning patrol.
8 paramedics prepared to begin another day of saving lives.

None of them knew that their lives—and the lives of countless others—would change forever before 10:00 a.m. on September 11, 2001.

In one single moment, life was never the same.

So tonight, as you breathe, as you live, and as you prepare for another day tomorrow, hold your loved ones a little tighter. Kiss them. Hug them. Snuggle a little closer. Tell them you love them.

Because tomorrow is never promised.

Never take a single breath, a single moment, or a single person you love for granted.

We remember the lives lost.
