The Genziana Bianca, a play on a White Negroni, to stimulate your taste buds this Spring

1 oz Gin
1 oz Bordiga Extra Dry Vermouth 75 oz Lillet25 oz Bernard Barathier Honeyed

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, before straining into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
