This zero-proof creation blends gin-free spirit and bittersweet aperitif with bright lemon juice, tart rhubarb shrub, and fassionola gold syrup, topped with club soda for a crisp finish. Served in a Collins glass with a lemon wheel and mint bouquet, it's proof that skipping the alcohol never means skipping the flavor.

The McCrum Elixir... a Devil's Acre staple, finally getting its moment. Lu Mare and Dolin Genepy des Alpes meet Centum Herbis and Fred Alkemil Rosolio Bergamotto, chia seeds, brightened with pineapple, grape and a whisper of lemongrass, served over crushed ice with a shiso leaf. Equal parts remedy and reward. 🌿
