McTeague, the novel, is the story of a young dentist of questionable character who opens a practice on lower Polk Street in the early 1900s. McTeague's Saloon of today is a friendly place for socializing with friends. We have a wide selection of beverages, a fine jukebox, and a pool table.

Big weekend for fight fans at McTeague’s this weekend. Friday 11/15 from 5pm Jake Paul v Mike Tyson card, which includes Katie Taylor v Amanda Serrano rematch. Saturday morning it’s the Zurdo v Billam-Smith card, starting at 9am with ring-walk for main event around 2pm. Saturday night from 6pm we have the UFC 309 card featuring John Jones.
