g all of our year-round beers, plus Griffin Series and Small Batch brews only available here. Parked out front, you can usually find a food truck every day except Monday! We brew our own beer on-site and sell it to adults (21+). We also offer guests beer samplings, wine, cider, water and soda (no liquor). We offer snacks at the bar, and you’ll often find a food truck out front every day except Monday. You are welcome to bring your own food – delivery, take-out, leftovers, birthday cakes…bring it on! Just no outside alcohol, please, that we cannot allow in. Our taproom is a family-friendly and dog-friendly environment, more like a German beer garden. Kids and dogs must be well-behaved and under immediate, direct supervision. About the brewery:
New Sarum Brewing Company was founded in early 2012 and was a successful nano-brewery for over two years. We went through a major expansion starting in early 2015. Our new state of the art production facility opened its doors in April of 2016. How we got our name:
Born in the heart of Salisbury, NC, New Sarum Brewing derives its name from the original settlement name of Salisbury’s Sister City “Old Sarum” England. Our logo was created by combining the Old Sarum crest with the City of Salisbury crest, fashioning them together to create our own artistic reflection. Our company is based on a basic principle, creating great craft beer. Each recipe begins with a study of an individual style of beer, searching history for proved and tested methods of creating the foundation. New Sarum uses this to find new ways of developing each beers' unique flavor.
