The historic McMenamins Boons Treasury is open for lunch and dinner daily. Beer, wine, coffee and food are available to go. Convenient parking. Free WIFI.

Serving standard pub fare with hamburgers, hot & cold sandwiches, soup & salads, wraps and other daily food specials. We feature hand-crafted McMenamins Ales on draft, house wines from McMenamins Edgefield Winery, our own craft spirits from the Edgefield and Cornelius Pass Roadhouse Distilleries, as well as freshly roasted coffee from our own roaster and a full bar selection. Comfortable seating inside, outdoor seating available. Family friendly, kids welcome. Reservations available. Daily food, beer, wine & cocktail specials. Salem Brew Week kicks off October 24th–31st, raising a glass to the local breweries, taprooms, and neighborhood favorites that make this city such a great place to grab a pint. And of course, McMenamins Boon’s Treasury and Thompson Brewery are both participating!

Here’s how to make a week of it: grab a FREE Brew Week passport at any participating spot, visit your favorites (or discover some new ones!), and collect stamps along the way. Get stamps from at least FOUR locations, turn in your completed passport online, and you’ll be entered for a chance to win a prize. No purchase necessary to get stamped!

The Violet Vortex Ube syrup has arrived, which means our new Fr-Ube Loops Dirty Soda is officially here! And nobody is more excited than Gloria, our resident Ube Addict. We’re pretty sure she’s been waiting for this moment.

Creamy, dreamy, and just a little extra (in the best way), this one might be our new obsession.

Spar Vodka and Spar Lemon Vodka have been McMenamins favorites for years, but did you know the name goes back to the water?

The water we use to distill these spirits comes from the aqueduct running through the basement of our Spar Café in Olympia!

Yep. An aqueduct. In the basement.

And that’s how Spar Vodka got its name, from Spar Cafe! We love a good weird McMenamins detail.
