The Oregon State Fair is easily one of our favorite Salem traditions! 🎡 We love the energy, the fun food, and the massive crowds it brings to town every single year.

That said, big citywide events can make downtown local spots a little quiet while everyone is over at the fairgrounds. If you're out enjoying the festivities, why not make it a full day? Grab lunch or a late-night bite downtown with us before or after hitting the fairgrounds! Or too tired to come downtown? Order through a third party platform and have it waiting for you when you get home!

Speaking of great food... We're excited to share some kind words about our Nacho Bowl 🙌 It's always great to see guests showing love for a dish they enjoyed. Nachos are available with either vegan or vegetarian queso, plant-based or meat... and they're huge! 🌟

Sampling Rhythm Craft Kombucha Candy Cap Kombucha 🤩🍄‍🟫 COMING SOON!! Foraged from the west coast, candy cap (lactarius rubidus) is a sweet mushroom that delivers a sweet maple syrup flavor. Candy cap are small (up to 3/4”), rusty orange color. Peak fruiting occurs during wet winter months. They grow in large groups near conifer like hemlock and Douglas fir trees. Rhythm Kombucha founder (and kombucha master) Jeremy is always educating us. for example, coming up soon will be paw paw brews. Don’t know what that is? You will be surprised to know this native fruit grows over the place (check river bottoms in late September).

Venti’s version of this traditional Mexican delight. Chicken breast or soy curl simmered in a Tinga sauce, which includes tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, cumin, chili powder, garlic, paprika, and salt. Served over a masa based bread with lettuce, pico de Gallo, cilantro and cotiga cheese. Finished with a chipotle crema. Served with beans, rice and a scallion and lime garnish.
