Endure’s Halloween run kicked off from Muddy Root St Pete this morning. Costumes on, 5k through downtown St Pete, then HIIT on top of it. If you ran, you’re in here. Find yourself.

Welcome back, Caine and Stone. Same spot next time? 👀

Four spots, always something going on. Yoga on the patio, trivia nights, game nights, and whatever happens once the sign lights up.

This weekend: Gulfport’s grand opening Saturday at 7pm, Halloween at Clearwater Saturday 8pm to midnight, and Kavaween 4 kicks off at St Pete Sunday at 2pm.

Which one are we seeing you at? 👇

You keep asking what kava is, so we let our owner explain.

It’s a root from the South Pacific, served in a shell and passed around the bar. Come try your first one at any of our four spots across Tampa Bay.

Got more kava questions? Drop them below and he’ll answer them in the next one 👇

Kava in a can? Yep. 🌴

TropiKava is passion fruit coconut kava from our friends at Beech Kombucha | Garden & Taproom, the same folks who keep our kombucha taps flowing.

Kept cold and ready at the bar. Come grab one.

Kavaween 4 starts here. Year four, four bars, one afternoon.

Kava Spills’ yearly Halloween kava crawl kicks off at Muddy Root St Pete on Sunday, October 25 at 2pm, then heads to Grassroots Kava House, and Driftwood Kava and Roastery (ST PETE). First shell’s at our place.

2250 Central Ave. Tag your crawl crew 👇

Movie Night at Muddy Root St Pete. Thursday, October 15, 8pm.

Grab a shell or a coffee, something from the kitchen, and a seat. Florida weather gets a vote, so if it doesn’t cooperate we’ll move the date and post the update here and in our stories.

You pick the movie. Drop what you want to see in the comments 👇

It’s pronounced “shoof.” Now you can order it with confidence.

N.A. Chouffe, the non-alcoholic Belgian blonde with the little gnome on the bottle, poured cold at Muddy Root. Have it with a kava shell or on its own.

The night market did its thing. Vendors, string lights, good drinks, and downtown St. Pete showing up. Huge thanks to everyone who set up and everyone who came through!

Missed you? Sound off and we’ll add you 😁
